Requires `dedupe:read`. The connection also needs access to the relevant tables, objects, or workflows. MCP action: `list_not_duplicate_decisions`. The decision carries over if either record is later merged into another, and it deletes nothing in your CRM. Requires `dedupe:decisions:write`.
