# Review scheduled workflows by batch

See the records scheduled together in one batch, check their progress, and find a scheduled workflow by record name, record ID, or workflow.

Scheduled runs are now grouped by batch, so you can review records scheduled together without searching through individual runs. Each batch shows the workflow, who scheduled it, and how many runs are pending, sent, or need attention. Open a batch to see each record's status.

Search by record name, record ID, or workflow. Filter by the person or workflow that scheduled the records, the date they were scheduled, or when they're due to run.

For example, search for a customer's company name to find its scheduled follow-up and check whether the workflow has been sent to Attio.
