# Apollo Enrichment for Attio Source: https://neondeerdata.com/docs/integrations/apollo-enrichment/ Enrich existing Attio People and Companies with Apollo data. Run enrichment on one record, a selection of records, or automatically when configured attributes change. ## Setup You need an Apollo account and API key. [Install Apollo Enrichment](https://attio.com/apps/apollo-enrichment) and review the field-write setting before activating enrichment. 1. **Install Apollo Enrichment** Install the app from the Attio App Store and open its Workspace Settings. 2. **Connect Apollo** In Workspace Connections, click Add Connection, paste your Apollo API key and save. The app creates the Apollo attributes on People and Companies. 3. **Choose triggers** Enable Enrich new people or Enrich new companies as needed. For existing records, enter comma-separated attribute slugs such as email_addresses, linkedin or domains. 4. **Choose which fields may change** Enable Apollo Fields Only to restrict writes to Apollo-prefixed attributes. With it off, enrichment can update standard Attio fields too. 5. **Choose phone enrichment** Phone enrichment is off by default. Enable it only when needed; it uses additional Apollo credits and results arrive asynchronously. 6. **Save and activate** Save the settings to apply automatic triggers. Use Enrich with Apollo from a record action or a selection for manual enrichment. ## Configuration - **Triggers:** new People, new Companies and specified attribute changes. Leave automatic triggers off for manual enrichment only. - **Apollo Fields Only:** protects native Attio fields when enabled. When disabled, enrichment can update People job title, emails, description and social profiles, plus Company description and social profiles. - **Phone enrichment:** optional, off by default and uses additional Apollo credits. ## Enrichment behavior ### People The app sends an email or LinkedIn URL to Apollo and updates the existing Person with the returned fields. ### Companies The app sends the Company domain to Apollo and updates the existing Company. ### Run enrichment - Automatic enrichment runs for the configured creation or attribute-change triggers. - For one record, choose **Enrich with Apollo** from its actions menu. - For bulk enrichment, select up to 250 records in a list view. ### Missing identifiers People need an email or LinkedIn URL. Companies need a domain. Records without a usable identifier are skipped with an insufficient-data result. ## Fields The app creates these Apollo-prefixed fields. It does not create People or Companies from Apollo results. - Bulk actions support up to 250 selected records. Above that limit, the action is unavailable. - Enrichment depends on the identifiers and data available in Apollo. ## Troubleshooting ### No match found The Attio record stays unchanged. Check its email, LinkedIn URL or Company domain before trying again. ### A returned field is missing Values that fail Attio validation are skipped. Valid fields are still written. ### Repeated automatic enrichment The app ignores its own writes.
