# ClickUp to Attio Sync Source: https://neondeerdata.com/docs/integrations/clickup-to-attio-sync/ Sync selected ClickUp Lists, tasks and Custom Fields into Attio. Task status, dates and time data update the configured Attio records. ## Requirements An approved ClickUp account with access to the selected Workspace, Spaces, Folders and Lists, plus an Attio workspace for the custom app. ## Setup If the integration is not installed in your workspace, [request setup](https://neondeerdata.com/contact-us/?topic=integration-clickup-to-attio-sync). 1. **Choose coverage and fields** Confirm the Workspace, Spaces, Folders, Lists, Custom Fields, time data and any resync or outbound behavior. 2. **Connect ClickUp** Use an approved admin or service account's personal API token for a single-Workspace installation. OAuth can be configured when required. 3. **Install the custom Attio app** Add the connection and the agreed filters in Workspace Settings. 4. **Provision the connection** The app verifies Workspace access, registers webhooks and creates the configured Attio fields and task surfaces. 5. **Start sync** Included ClickUp changes update Attio. Use resync for historical data or catch-up. ## Configuration | Setting | Configuration | | ----------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | Coverage | Workspace, Spaces, Folders and Lists to sync. | | Attio destination | Object for ClickUp Lists or projects, and list for tasks. | | Custom Fields | Fields to sync, Attio destinations and select-option mapping. | | Time data | Estimates, tracked time or both; live updates or resync for tracked time. | | Resync | Record and bulk refresh actions to include. | | Direction | ClickUp to Attio by default. Any outbound writes require separate configuration. | | Support history | Delivery history available in Attio for troubleshooting. | ## Sync behavior Each included ClickUp List maps to an Attio record. Its tasks become entries on a dedicated task surface linked to that record. Task data can include name, status, priority, due date, assignees, time estimate, archived state and selected Custom Fields. Time values are converted to hours for reporting. Webhooks cover task and List changes. Tracked time can sync through events or resync, depending on configuration. ClickUp IDs identify existing records. Deleting a task marks the Attio entry as deleted instead of removing its history. ## Limitations - The default direction is ClickUp to Attio. Attio resync actions pull data; they do not push edits to ClickUp. - Comments and attachments stay in ClickUp unless included in the field map. - Assignees do not become Attio People by default. - New Custom Fields require an explicit mapping update. - The default connection covers one ClickUp Workspace and one Attio workspace. ## Troubleshooting ### A Custom Field is missing Check that the field is included in the agreed mapping. New ClickUp fields do not automatically create Attio attributes. ### A task is missing from Attio Check the configured Space, Folder and List filters, then use resync for the included source. ## Useful links - [ClickUp](https://clickup.com/) - [ClickUp help center](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/)
