Stops the workflow with an error message.

## Inputs

## Outputs

None. The step always ends the run with an error.

## How it behaves

- Always returns a non-retryable error with the trimmed message, or `Workflow stopped intentionally.` when the message is empty.

## Example

Stop the run when a deal reaches this point without an owner.
