Gets a comment thread by its ID.

## How it behaves

- First and last are taken in the order Attio returns the comments (ascending by creation time).
- An empty ID or a thread that does not exist gives Found false, not an error.

## Notes

- Only the first and last comment bodies are output, not every comment.

Only the first and last comment bodies are output. Is open is true while at least one comment is unresolved.
