Neon Deer's Duplicate Detection beta lets you review and merge duplicate companies and people in Attio in bulk. Use AI scoring across groups of potential duplicates to help decide which are likely matches and which need a closer look.
Review and merge in bulk
Work through potential duplicates in separate company and people queues. Choose the primary records, review the groups you want to merge, and approve them as a batch. Mark records that should stay separate as not duplicates.
Use AI to assess potential matches
Records appearing together does not necessarily mean they are duplicates. Incomplete or incorrect data can also cause records to be flagged.
AI scoring helps you assess potential matches in bulk. Review the score alongside supporting details, conflicting information and checks that could not be completed. Use that evidence to decide which records to merge and which to keep separate. You approve the merges.
You can also create custom matching rules using fields from your CRM to find the records you want to review.
