We're a small, specialized team building Attio implementations, custom integrations, and ELT pipelines for VC firms, B2B SaaS, and the teams with stacks too complex for templates.

The work we take on is the kind that requires actually finishing things: clean schemas, idempotent pipelines, integrations that don't break six weeks later. We hire people who care about that level of polish, and we set up each engagement so they own it from proposal through delivery.

Three roles cover where we hire today. The common thread is the same across all of them: you're the tech lead on the project, you run the client meetings, and you ship the work.

What we're hiring for

  • Role

    Attio Solutions Engineer

    You've implemented a CRM end-to-end and you can hold the full schema in your head while you build. Familiarity with Attio's data model, the SDK, and the marketplace pattern is a strong plus. You'll do schema design, migrations off other CRMs, and build the integrations clients can't get off-the-shelf.

  • Role

    GTM Engineer

    You speak both GTM and tech fluently. You've sat close to a sales, marketing, or CS team and you know how a real funnel breaks. You reach for Attio's automation surface, Zapier, n8n, and a well-placed webhook before writing custom code, but you can read an API doc and follow a JSON payload without help.

  • Role

    Data Engineer

    You've built production ELT pipelines and you reach for dltHub, dbt, and Prefect before drag-and-drop tools. You care about idempotency, replay, and pipelines that don't wake people up at 2am. SQL + Python fluent; warehouse experience preferred.

From proposal forward, you're the tech lead. You run the client meetings, set the agenda, and own the deliverable. We bring the work in; you take it from there.
