What these calculators tell you
Each calculator answers three questions a real buyer needs before defending a CRM migration to their team: what does the switch save per year, what does the transition cost, and how many months until the switch is cheaper than staying. Inputs are your actual scenario, not sales-page averages: seat count, plan tier or annual contract total, data volume, and how long you plan to run both CRMs during cutover.
Every number can be edited. Every assumption is visible in the "Every number we used" receipt below the chart. If a plan tier gets repriced or your firm negotiates below list, type your quote in and the math updates instantly. Nothing is stored, no email gate, and every scenario is shareable by copying the URL.
Who these calculators are for
Founders and RevOps leads pricing the decision internally. Finance teams reviewing a proposed CRM change. Partners at VC and PE firms deciding whether an Affinity renewal or an Attio migration wins the year. Any team whose vendor sales rep just quoted a retention discount and now needs a defensible counter-number to bring to a partner meeting.
How the math works
- Prices come from each vendor's published rate card, with the verification date on every calculator.
- Migration fees are set per source-CRM based on our real quoting history for that platform. The calculator lets you overwrite the number if you already have a scoped quote.
- Break-even is the first month the cumulative cost of switching drops below the cumulative cost of staying. If the monthly delta isn't positive, the calculator says so instead of manufacturing a payback story.
- Add-ons, taxes, and discounts are not modeled by default. They move the total in either direction, which is exactly why every assumption is editable and why a scoped project ends in a fixed quote rather than an estimate.
