Every number we used
- Affinity: your annual spend, $34,560/yr
- Attio Pro at $69/seat/mo (annual), verified 2026-07-02
- 15 Attio seats
- $3,500 flat migration fee for Affinity migrations
- 1 month of overlap (paying both during cutover)
Estimates, not quotes. Sources & method below.
How we calculate this
The math
- Savings: your current annual spend minus what Attio costs for the same team, shown per year and per month. If Attio would cost more, the difference shows as a cost, not a saving.
- One-time cost: the flat $3,500 Affinity migration fee plus every month you pay both CRMs during cutover.
- Break-even: the first month the cumulative cost of switching drops below the cumulative cost of staying. If the monthly difference isn't positive, there is no break-even and we say so.
Pricing sources and verification dates
- Attio: published list pricing, verified 2026-07-02.
- Affinity: published rate card, verified 2026-07-07. Enterprise is contact-us; multi-year contracts commonly negotiate below list, which is why we recommend entering your quote when you have one.
- Migration fee: flat $3,500 for Affinity-to-Attio work, based on our real quoting history. Editable in the calculator if you already have a scoped quote.
Assumptions this calculator leaves out
Add-ons on either side (Affinity sourcing/data packages; Attio workspace-credit add-ons), taxes, and any negotiated discounts. Those can move the total in either direction, which is exactly why every assumption above is editable, and why a scoped project ends in a fixed quote rather than an estimate.

Frequently asked questions
Where do these prices come from?
Attio prices come from attio.com/pricing and were last verified on 2026-07-02. Affinity publishes list prices for Essential, Scale, and Advanced at affinity.co/product/affinity-pricing, last reviewed 2026-07-07; Enterprise is contact-us. Multi-year contracts commonly negotiate below list, so the surest number is your actual quote: type your annual total at the top of the form and your side of the math is exact. Prefer to estimate? Switch to Estimate by plan & seats to work from Affinity's published rates.
How is the migration fee estimated?
For Affinity migrations, we use a flat $3,500 migration fee in the calculator. That number comes from our actual quoting history for Affinity-to-Attio work, not a generic record-volume band. The calculator still lets you overwrite it if your firm already has a scoped quote.
What if Attio costs more than what I pay today?
Then the calculator says so. If your current plan is cheaper than the Attio tier you pick, you'll see the honest monthly difference and no break-even month, because there isn't one. In that situation the case for switching is capability and consolidation, not savings, and we'd rather you see that here than discover it on an invoice.
Is anything I enter stored or sent anywhere?
No. The calculator runs entirely in your browser: no account, no email gate, nothing leaves the page. The only thing that encodes your inputs is the shareable URL, and only if you choose to copy it.
