Why we built this
We run Attio for ourselves and for clients, and a lot of those teams use HeyReach for outreach. Without an integration, the activity data lives in HeyReach and the CRM lives in Attio, which usually means double-messaging prospects, missing warm replies, or copy-pasting activity into records by hand.
We needed it to work end-to-end on a few projects, so we built it. It's running in production for our own work, and we figured we'd make it free for anyone else who runs the same stack. Marketplace availability isn't something we fully control, so even if it ever becomes unavailable in the Attio app store, we'd like to keep it reachable for the folks who installed it. That's part of why we collect emails here.

Does this cost anything?
No. Free to install, free to use, no credit card, no usage caps. You just need HeyReach and Attio accounts.
Do I need to talk to anyone to get access?
No. Submit the form above, the install link for your Attio workspace will open in a new tab, you install the app , and you're done.
Is this in the Attio App Marketplace?
Not right now. Attio approved the app, but it isn't in the public marketplace. The form above gets you a direct install link straight to your Attio workspace, same as the marketplace previously did.
How long does setup take?
About 30 seconds. Install the app, paste your HeyReach API key, and the integration handles the rest: webhooks, list creation, and field mapping. The setup docs have a step-by-step walkthrough.
What Attio plans does this work with?
All of them. Free, Plus, and Pro. It uses standard webhooks, so there are no tier restrictions.
Will it create duplicate contacts?
No. The app matches incoming events to existing Person records by LinkedIn URL and email. If it finds a match it updates the record, otherwise it creates a new one.
