01 Today we are walking through the HeyReach and Attio integration. It was developed by Neon Deer Data Labs. Start from the Neon Deer website, create an account, and open HeyReach under direct integrations. The installation page links to the Attio installation and the written setup guide.

26 Install the app in Attio and review the permissions it needs. Before adding the HeyReach API key, open Settings and choose how events should be logged. The integration supports a HeyReach Events list and Attio Activities. Lists can start workflows when records are added to the list; Activities can start workflows when those activities are created.

47 Open Connections and add your HeyReach API key. Connecting provisions the HeyReach webhooks used by the integration. Return to Settings and choose the destinations you want. With Activities enabled, Attio Settings shows the HeyReach LinkedIn engagement and message activity types and their attributes.

16 In an Attio workflow, use the native Activity created trigger for a HeyReach activity, or a record-added-to-list trigger when you are using the Events list. The integration provides HeyReach workflow steps rather than a separate set of HeyReach triggers.

18 Before adding someone to a campaign or list, choose the LinkedIn sender account. You can select an account directly or find it dynamically with Find HeyReach sender account. Enter the email associated with the LinkedIn account used in HeyReach. The result includes the account ID and whether the account was found. Use a condition to continue when it was found and handle the other case separately.

04 Pass that account ID into the campaign step. When the account is supplied dynamically, the campaign picker cannot know in advance which account will be used. If the selected account is not a sender on the campaign, the step explains the problem. Add that sender to the campaign in HeyReach or select a campaign it can send from. Selecting a sender account directly lets the picker show campaigns available to that account.

35 Adding a Person to a HeyReach list follows the same idea. Choose the sender account and then the list instead of a campaign.

53 Use the blocklist step when someone should not receive outreach, such as a new customer. Choose the identifier to match, such as an email address or LinkedIn profile or company URL. A company name must match exactly, so a URL can be a more useful identifier when it is available.

41 On the Person's Attio record, open Activity to see the synced LinkedIn engagement. Open the activity to inspect its details, such as the message that was sent. The written documentation includes the available events, workflow steps, and setup instructions.
