Workflow activity

Find which workflow steps ran, investigate failures, and acknowledge the failures you have handled.

Open Activity

Open Automations → Activity in Neon Deer. It lists received trigger and step activity, with summary figures for Step executions, Failed, Needs attention, and Last run.

The figures describe reported step activity, not every action in an Attio workflow. Use Attio's run history to inspect the full workflow and its inputs.

Find an execution or an issue

All executions lists received runs. Needs attention groups unacknowledged failures by workflow, step, and reason. Search by workflow or step and use Advanced filters to narrow the list.

Open a row to read what happened and what to do next. Follow its Attio link to the specific run when that address was reported; otherwise, the link opens the workflow. Older activity may not have a direct run link.

Acknowledge reviewed failures

After investigating an issue, choose Acknowledge for the failures listed in its panel, or select the individual failures you have reviewed. The record shows who acknowledged them and when.

Acknowledging does not fix the workflow, retry it, or turn a failed run into a successful one. It removes those reviewed failures from Needs attention. A new failure appears again, even if it has the same reason.

For example, add a missing owner to a lookup table, check the next run in Attio, and acknowledge the earlier failures. Keep the row open while investigating so you can follow the workflow and run links.
