| Note ID | note_id | Text | No | “Only this note. Other filters still apply.” |
| Parent record | parent_record | Record | No | Empty searches the whole workspace. |

| Created before | created_before | Timestamp | No | Exclusive. |
| Meeting linkage | meeting_status | Choice: Any, Has meeting, No meeting | No | Default Any. Variables cannot be wired. |
Outputs
| Label | Key | Type | Always set | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Count | count | Number | Yes | |
| Note IDs | note_ids | List of text | Yes | |
| Has more matches | has_more_matches | True/false | Yes | |
| Notes | notes | List of notes | Yes |
How it behaves
- With a Note ID: reads that note. If it does not exist, Count is 0. Other filters are checked against it.
- Without a Note ID: lists notes from Attio 50 at a time, up to 100 pages. Parent record is applied by Attio; Created by, the date range and Meeting linkage are applied by the app after the scan.
- Zero matches is a normal result (Count 0), not an error. Results are in the order Attio returns them.
- Notes missing required fields in Attio’s response are skipped.
Limits and constraints
- Scans at most 5,000 notes. Has more matches is true when the scan stopped at that cap; it describes the scan, not the filtered result.
Errors
For errors that every step can return, see Troubleshooting.
Example
Collect the notes Maya wrote on a company in September that are not linked to a meeting.

| Has more matches | false |
| Notes | Intro call, Pricing follow-up |
Has more matches is true only when the scan hit its 5,000-note cap. No matches gives Count 0, not an error.
