Create note
Adds a note to a record, with this app as the author.

How it behaves
- Rich text is converted to markdown and sent as markdown. Markdown is sent as written; plain text is sent literally.
- The note’s author is the app, not a workspace member.
- Not idempotent: if the step runs again, a second note is created.
Errors
Fails when
- No record:
Pick a record (or wire a record variable). - An invalid Meeting ID is rejected by Attio and fails the step (not retryable).

Notes
- There is no input for author, tags, mentions or attachments.
