Note title updated

Starts a run on every note.updated event, at most once every 5 minutes per note. It does not compare titles.

Attio events: note.updated

Inputs

No configuration.

Outputs

LabelKeyTypeAlways setNotes
Note ID note_id Text Yes
Triggered at triggered_at Timestamp Yes
Updated by updated_by Actor No Present only when Attio sends an actor of a recognized type (workspace member, API token, system, app or workflow).
Content content_plaintext Text Yes
Meeting ID meeting_id Text No
Parent record parent Record Yes
Title title Text Yes The current title.

How it behaves

  • The app does not check whether the title changed. Outside the cooldown, every note.updated event Attio sends for a note starts a run.
  • Same 300-second per-note cooldown and duplicate handling as Note content updated.

Limits and constraints

  • Cooldown: 300 seconds per note.

Errors

Triggers have no error branch. When something goes wrong inside a trigger, no run starts. See Troubleshooting.

Notes

  • The previous title is not available; Attio does not send it.

Example

Tag a deal when a note on it is renamed to start with "Contract".

Example inputs
EventValue
note.updated Sam Ortiz renames a note on the deal Acme Renewal from "Draft" to "Contract terms".
Example outputs
OutputValue
Note ID 8a2f4d6b-1c3e-4a5b-9d7f-0e1b2c3d4e5f
Triggered at 2026-10-07T16:20:44Z
Updated by Sam Ortiz (workspace member)
Content Two-year term, 30-day payment.
Parent record Acme Renewal (deals)
Title Contract terms

Only the new title is output; the old title "Draft" is not available. Because the trigger does not compare titles, check Title in a later step before tagging the deal.
