Signing secrets

create_webhook_endpoint and rotate_webhook_secret return signing-secret material to the calling client. Store the secret securely when it is returned; later reads do not reveal it. Configure your receiving application to verify deliveries before using the endpoint. These actions no longer return a separate administrator collection link.
