Neon Deer's Email Notifications app adds an email-alert action to Attio's workflow builder. Add Send email notification to an Attio workflow to alert an active member of your Attio workspace. Choose a teammate directly or use an Attio workspace member from an earlier step, such as the deal owner. Include record details and links in your message so they have what they need to act.
For example, email the deal owner when a deal moves to a stage that needs follow-up.
An admin connects Email Notifications and turns on Send email alerts in Settings. Alerts come from alerts@notify.neondeerdata.com; add this address to your allowed senders or contacts.
In Neon Deer, review sent alerts, see what's waiting, and check why an alert wasn't sent. Add a subject prefix, set one BCC address to receive a copy of every alert sent by your Neon Deer team, and choose sending preferences. You can cancel waiting alerts or stop all email alerts when needed.
