Keep account assignments, territory mappings, and team details in lookup tables for your Attio workflows. When an assignment changes, update its table entry and reuse the same workflow.
Route named accounts
Give specific accounts to the right reps by looking up their company domains. A single lookup can return the owner, territory, and other details your workflow needs.
| Company domain | Account owner | Territory |
|---|---|---|
| acme.example | Alex | North America |
| beacon.example | Sam | EMEA |
| cedar.example | Jordan | North America |
When an account changes hands, edit its row to update the assignment.
Mention the right people in Slack
Send deal alerts that mention both the account executive and SDR. Add each person's Slack ID to the Workspace members table, then look up the AE and SDR in your workflow to include their mentions in the message.
Reuse the notification for different AE and SDR assignments. If someone's Slack ID changes, update their table entry.
Use your own reference data
Use lookup tables for territory assignments, backup reps, or consistent labels, such as mapping both Software and SaaS to Technology. Add time zones, departments, and other team details for workflows to look up.
